William leads the Sales, Customer Solutions and Marketing division, where he is instrumental in shaping brand strategy and enhancing customer engagement. In addition to his core responsibilities, he actively contributes to streamlining operations across multiple departments, driving cross-functional alignment and efficiency.
With a distinguished career at East African Breweries Limited (EABL), William has held several key positions including Sales Representative, Trade Marketing Executive, Promotions Manager, and Key Account Manager and also a role as Key Account Manager at Career Directions, a labor outsourcing and HR consultancy firm. These roles have equipped him with deep expertise in Sales, Marketing, People management and strategic management.
